Important Information
- The Ritz Carlton is undergoing a large renovation
project through November
- The refurbishment project will involve external
building construction. Although guests will not be located in this
or the adjacent building, equipment will be visible, and noise
will exist.
- Planned renovations include the addition of new
buildings, spa and fitness center, pools, as well as improvements
to the existing guest rooms and suites
- The staff at Ritz Carlton will be taking measures
to ensure the comfort of guests and limit the amount of disruption
to their vacation experience
Restaurants
- The Cafe - open air setting overlooking the
Caribbean. Local artists entertain on weekends and Caribbean shows
are offered on Monday evenings. Breakfast 7 a.m.-11:30 a.m.,
dinner 6 p.m.-10:30 p.m.
- The Dining Room - European specialties and
varying entertainment nightly, open 6:30 p.m.-10 p.m., dinner only
- Iguana's - recently expanded and upgraded, this
full-service restaurant offers meals with a Caribbean flair.
Casual beachfront dining overlooking the ocean for salads and
grilled favorites. Happy hour drink specials and entertainment
nightly. Continental breakfast - 7:30 a.m.-10 a.m., lunch 11
a.m.-4 p.m., and light fare 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
